When two big designers collaborate, you can expect greatness - and the ZT 0850 by Dmitry Sinkevich and Todd Rexford does not disappoint. Big, bold and yet incredibly light, the ZT 0850 is a master class in balance and flow.

Pick up the 0850 and the first thing you'll notice is the weight, or lack thereof. Despite a 3.75" blade, the knife comes in at just a hair over 4 ounces. That is all thanks to the stunning blue carbon fiber handles and the patented Sub-Frame Lock. Rather than a full titanium back piece, the only Ti piece is the lockbar itself which is anchored to the carbon fiber. This grants all the stability of a standard frame lock without the bulk.

The blade itself sports a dramatic shape and CPM-20CV steel with two-tone stonewash/satin finish. This powdered metallurgy steel offers outstanding edge holding capability and corrosion resistance. The 0850 opens manually using a decorative aluminum thumb stud, machined to echo the cylinder of a revolver. That design element is picked up by the oversized pivot and the impressive milled cylindrical backspacer. A milled titanium pocket clip and Teflon-coated hardware complete the package.
