Introducing the long awaited, much anticipated, and often teased "Snuggles" the warhammer. A project 6 years in the making, Ryan designed Snuggles as a breaching hammer for real door kickers. This tool follows the RMJ mantra to a T, one tool many tasks.
The hammer face is made from three pieces of hardened steel and features a meat tenderizer checkering which concentrates and maximizes the striking force on target. On the other end of the head, the tapered spike allows for breaking padlocks and chain just like the tomahawks. At 18 inches overall length, Snuggles easily fits into a pack, active response bag, the trunk of a patrol car, or on your hip with our available baldric loop. Sometimes you just need a war hammer on hand to get things done or make a tactical dinner for that special someone in your life.
The Snuggles is assembled with three high-strength 4140 Chrome Moly bolts, each with a tensile strength of 120,000 psi. You would need to place Snuggles into a 50-ton press in order to shear the plates apart. If your breaching requirements require more than 50 tons of force, RMJ recommends explosive breaching. Like with a daisy cutter.
