A recent collaboration between veteran knife makers and quickly making a name for M&W Alaskan with their classic designs that have modern fit and finish. This particular M&W is their Fairview Aristocrat, with a traditional drop point scandi ground blade profile made of a high quality AEB-L stainless steel, crowned with a moose scaled handle and a mosaic center pin. Nestled in a custom leather sheath. Not only beautiful to look at but a great user in any steak house.
