Gerber Classic 525S Presentation Model 5.25” Fixed Blade / #17 of 500 / Ebony Handle / 440C ( Pre Owned w/ Box )

The 525 S (Stainless) was Gerber's "Presentation Knife" usually reserved for retirement gifts or commemoration of important events. This particular 525 has a 440C polished blade with brass inlay and engraving commemorating the First National Bank of Powell, WY. The balde gives way to a nickeled guard with engraving showing this knife is #17 of #500. The handle is indexed ebony capped off with a nickeled pommel. Overall this large bush knife is beautiful and based on the engraving hails from the far off time of 1984. It includes and original Gerber leather sheath and retail box. This is essentially NOS (new Old Stock)
