These precision milled scales are a perfect fit to replace the standard G10 scales. The backs have been milled out to receive the nested liners. Includes pocket clip holes for tip-up, right hand carry. We finished these with an un-oiled, natural finish for excellent feel and a fresh surface to develop your own patina. With the micarta scales installed, you won't notice a weight difference from the stock scales, but you'll definitely notice the way your hand conforms to the contours. Due to the nature of micarta, your scales may swell a little bit in humidity, or shrink in more dry climates. We've test installed in both, and you may experience a tighter fit in very dry climates as your micarta fluctuates. Your scales may vary in appearance, which is expected and part of the unique nature of micarta.
