The addition of the latch allows safer carry and keeps the knife in the position of your choice, and the ball-bearing pivot eliminates blade play without damaging the knife's smooth, free-swinging action. The rest of the knife is as it was, with expertly machined handle scales, an eye-catching aesthetic, and unyielding EOS quality. There are balisong collections with and without an EOS Trident, but the latter is superior.
