These are considered “mid-tech” or semi-custom knives. Olde Town Cutlery also has Due South Handmade Knives which are their own patterns and designs which are true customs and all hand-made.
Each of Due South Knives comes boxed with a sticker along with a label with all the specifications of your knife meticulously detailed.
This particular Mid-Tech of theirs is the Osage Hunter. Featuring a thick 4" drop point blade made from acid washed 440C stainless capped in robust and beautiful Mallee Burl & Green Resin scales backed by black and white G-10 liners.
