Kydex sheaths are custom made to the specific knife, we do not use a template. With a custom order the knife must be left here at the shop while the sheath is constructed. This ensures that every sheath has optimum fitment, durability, and fits the customers needs as closely as possible.
The types of attachment we utilize include Tek-Loks fixed, belt loops, drop leg belt loops and snap loops. Completion is usually within two week.
First a few things to consider:
- orders for work under $100.00 will have shipping costs - See our shipping policy
- We will require the knife we are fitting to be shipped to us or dropped off at the store to ensure fit
- It can take up to two weeks for your custom sheath to be completed once we receive the knife
- If you would like the knife to be slung at an angle or along the small of your back please specify so we can make it happen.

When shipping in your item for work, please put your order number/invoice number on the shipping label. If you are able to include your receipt in the box it would be appreciated but not mandatory. If your order was over $100.00, return shipping will be on us.

Time allotted to complete work
Once we receive the package please allow 6-8 weeks to complete your order. We will send you notification that we have received your item, we will also send you completion photos through email once the work has been completed. At this point we may reach out to collect return shipping if your order did not reach the free shipping threshold or qualify for any of our shipping promotions.
